What are reply credits?

Each message sent through InflowHub costs 1 reply credit — whether it's an AI reply, broadcast, or appointment reminder. Credits don't expire for 31 days after purchase (20% retained after expiry).

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 31 days from purchase. After that, 80% of unused credits expire and 20% are retained in your balance. Trial credits last 7 days.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account starts with 10,000 free trial credits, valid for 7 days. No credit card required to sign up.

Can I set up auto-renew?

Yes. You can enable auto-renew in your account settings and choose a pack to be purchased automatically when your balance runs low.

Do I need a Facebook account?

No. You can sign up with just an email and password. You connect your Facebook Pages separately from within your account settings.

Can team members use my credits?
